Unless expressly stated otherwise, all the capitalized terms used in this Policy shall have the same meaning as ascribed to them in the Terms of Service.
You may modify your order on the App. You can also request additional eggs (subject to availability). However, you cannot cancel the order on the App. If you wish to cancel, you can refuse the eggs at the time of delivery. If you face any issues, you can contact customer service at contact@flygoog.com.
Subscription plans can be paused or cancelled at any time through the FlyGoog app. To permanently cancel your subscription, you must contact FlyGoog customer service. This can be done via email at contact@flygoog.com or through the customer support feature in the app. Automatic cancellation will occur if multiple consecutive deliveries are refused or undeliverable.
a) Refunds for Cancellations: Since billing occurs at the end of the month for eggs received, and you pay only for what you have received, refunds typically do not apply upon cancellation. However, any charges made in error for orders not received will be refunded. Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7 to 10 business days.
b) Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If you receive eggs that are damaged or not as per your order specifications, please take a photo and send it to us immediately via the app or email. We will arrange to replace the damaged eggs in your next scheduled delivery.
Unless provided by the relevant statute, rules, or directives applicable to the jurisdiction in which you reside, in case of any claims, disputes or controversies arising out of or in relation to the services, or this Policy, the same shall be dealt with as per the Governing Law and Dispute Resolution clause as mentioned in the Terms of Service.
We may add to or change or update this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time, from time to time, entirely at our own discretion, with or without any prior written notice. You are responsible for checking this Policy periodically. Your use of the platform after any amendments to this Policy shall constitute your acceptance to such amendments.
